Some nights, I neither have time nor energy to make an elaborate meal.
When I found these Cooking Cremes from Philadelphia, I got really excited.
I’m a huge fan of cream cheese, so a creamy, flavorful sauce all ready to go? Yes, please.
The best part is that each cooking creme has its own recipe on the back of every package.
Of the ones I’ve tried, the Savory Garlic recipe is by far the best!
Creamy Chicken Florentine
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup halved red pepper strips
- 1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
- 1 package (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups hot cooked penne pasta
- 2 Tbsp.toasted Italian pine nuts *optional {I don’t like pine nuts, so I didn’t use them}
How To Make It:
- Cook chicken and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until chicken is done.
- Add cooking creme; cook and stir 3 min.
- Stir in spinach and pasta; top with nuts.
How good does that look? Adding the fresh spinach and letting it wilt into your past really gives it a fresh taste! I can’t wait to make this one again.
