How To Drink: Margarita Recipe

I’m a huge lover Mexican food. I could probably eat it, in some form or another, every night.

Normally, I’m not crazy for margaritas. I love them at my favorite restaurant, but other than that I can easily pass.  They’re usually way too sour or way too sweet!

That was, until my dad made this recipe!

These homemade margaritas are the perfect combination of sweet and sour.  Make a big batch for your next fiesta or Girl’s Night {and serve it alongside some easy Taco Dip}.

Tangy Margaritas

Ingredients:

  • 2 bottles of Corona
  • 1 can of frozen Limeade concentrate
  • 2/3 can of Tequila {using Limeade can to measure}
  • Juice of 2 limes

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend
  2. Serve on the rocks {or add ice to the blender if you prefer frozen}
  3. Garnish with salt and lime, if desired

I never heard of corona is a margarita- I’m going to have to try this.

Corona is actually a kind of beer.
