How To Plan: Meal Planning Mondays

So far my attempts to get organized in 2012 are going really well.

Remember my cleaning schedule?  I’ve stuck to it so far!

Another component I’m adding into my routine is a weekly meal plan.  I’m loving looking through the ads, finding coupons, and planning our meals!

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

Near East Rice Pilaf
(My husband’s favorite.  Granted, our meals are a little “ricey” this week, but it’s a good, easy side dish!)

Homemade Chicken & Noodles


Pizza with friends


I’m doing a 5K St. Patrick’s Day run with some girl friends that’s followed with pizza and beer!
I’m assuming that means hot dogs and veggies for the girls.  It’s my hubby’s specialty.
