How To Shop: Mommy’s Must Have Monday

by How To Mommy on 09.05.11

The next bloggy mom featured in Mommy’s Must Have Monday:

Stephanie, mom to 7 month old Adalyn Grace

Her blog:

Her favorite product:

Addie and I equally love the Munchkin Fresh Food Feeders.

These are super awesome because:

  • I can trust them to work
  • She can’t open it (heck, I can barely open it)
  • They’re cheap. ($7.99 for 2)

We bought the combo pack with 2 feeders and leave one at home and the other with our sitter.

I love it because I don’t have mini panic attacks every time I attempt to feed her a raw fruit or veggie thinking she’s going to choke and I’ll have to attempt to save her.

She loves it because she gets to eat (let’s face it the girl didn’t get those cheeks from anywhere else) and she gets to hold it herself.

She is currently in love with blueberries, so I pop in some frozen or fresh and the little lady goes to town.   You could also cook some veggies, let them cool, and place them in the feeder for easy use.

I want to give a big THANK YOU (I told you I wanted it big!) to The How To Mommy for featuring us on her site.  I love reading your posts!

Aww, thanks!  Check out even more about Stephanie and Addie at My Messmerized Life.

Hi Stephanie, I came across your site and also loved this product. It was great for teething too! I just stuck an ice cube in it, wet it under the faucet, placed my little ones on a blanket and they loved it!

One of my must have items was the Clouds and Stars zip sheets for a crib. I can’t emphasize how much I loved these sheets! One piece wraps around the bottom of the mattress and then the top piece zips on. So the sheet fully encloses the mattress, which is safest for the baby. If there is an accident in the middle of the night, it is so easy to unzip the top, remove, and zip on another. You don’t have to remove the whole mattress as you do with regular fitted crib sheets.
